Review the HOA disclosure documents received and outstanding within 1 business day.  Upon receipt of the missing documents, provide a Compliance Review Report including an analysis of the Reserve Study within 3-business days.  Schedule a telephone call to review the report.

Supplemental Charge, optional – $175

If you have a short HOA contingency deadline and you want the Report prepared before any missing disclosure documents are received, the cost for the supplemental review will be $175.00.

We will discuss the relative importance of the missing documents in advance so you can determine if you’ll want the Supplemental Review.

The complete HOA Compliance Review (“Compliance Review”) is for the Buyer’s informational purposes only. The following additional disclaimers are made and accepted by the Buyer: (1) The Compliance Review covers only the documents an HOA must legally provide to a Buyer pursuant to the California Civil Code. (2) The Compliance Review is only current as of the date of the documents provided, (3) The Compliance Review does not guarantee the accuracy of the documents provided for review, (4) The Compliance Review does not forecast any future action that may be taken by the HOA, the Board of Directors, or the HOA Management Company.
