Schedule a 45 minute telephone call with Buyer(s) during business hours to review the report and answer any questions. Buyers’ agent is encourage to join the call. Supplemental Charge, optional – $175 If you have a short HOA contingency deadline and you want the Report prepared before any missing disclosure documents are received, the cost for the supplemental review will be $175.00. We will discuss the relative importance of the missing documents in advance so you can determine if you’ll want the Supplemental Review.
